Grand Rounds in Urology™ (GRU) is a professional education organization with the mission of providing best practice and leading edge knowledge for the treatment of urologic disease. E. David Crawford, MD, serves as Medical Editor for GRU. GRU has four primary educational functions:

Live Meetings: Organization and hosting of international conferences that bring together the top thought leaders in the treatment of urologic disease. GRU meetings focus on current best treatment practices and also capture future trends and directions. Meetings are designed to provide an educational program with highly interactive dialog resulting in an exchange of knowledge and the formation of relationships that will facilitate high-level collaboration to continue to evolve best practices. GRU is interested in medical professionals outside the US that would be interested in co-hosting an educational event to groups of 50 or more physicians. To make an inquiry, use the contact information at the bottom of this page.

Continuing Medical Education: GRU courses are designed as Sunshine-exempt, CME-accredited activities, and are planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). Online courses are adapted from selected meetings and available on this website.

Rich Content: Publication of interactive presentations, monographs, and abstracts that capture the rich content presented at GRU-hosted meetings by our medical faculty.

GRU is published by CJP Medical Communications , an internationally recognized medical publisher and award-winning producer of continuing medical education (CME) materials for healthcare professionals in a variety of specialties.
